Bourbon Steak Unveils New Fall Cocktail Menu

Bourbon Steak located at the Four Seasons Hotel in Georgetown, has just launched a new cocktail fall list with a tempting medley of classic, specialty and hot cocktails to carry guests through the varied temperatures in Autumn.

Conceived by Head Bartenders Jamie MacBain and Duane Sylvestre, the menu includes classics, such as the Alexander Cocktail, with Bols Genever, crème de cacao and cream, as well as specialty creations, such as the Winter Jam with Plymouth gin, pineapple and quince rosemary jam. Hot “Buttered” Rum, a warm favorite from last fall, returns to the menu to win over guests with its soothing combination of Myers’s rum, cinnamon, allspice and dulce de leche foam, while the new Rimoka heats things up with a combination of spiced chocolate mix, hot coffee, Jim Beam Rye and Kahlua.

The patio at Bourbon Steak complements the bar’s transition into crisp fall weather with warming fire pits and heaters, and the seductive glow of outdoor oil lamps. Guests can enjoy these new cocktails now through the December, enjoying the cooler temperatures outdoors in the warmth of the expansive and comfortable patio.
